PRIVACY POLICY

Studio Interio d’architecture et design (Nadine LAGHA EI, 21 rue Édith Piaf, 71100 Chalon-sur-Saône, France), the data controller, is committed to processing your data in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

1. DATA COLLECTED

We only receive the information you write in the contact form:

• name, phone number, email address, postcode and city;
• the service you choose and the description of your project.

If you become a client, we also receive your project documents: plans, photos and information about the site.

The site uses no advertising cookies and no audience measurement tools. It only stores in your browser your display choice (light or dark mode); this information is not sent to us.

2. USE OF DATA

Your data is used exclusively to respond to your requests for quotes or information (pre-contractual measures, Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) and, if you become a client, to carry out your project (contract, Article 6(1)(b)) and keep our accounts (legal obligation, Article 6(1)(c)).

The form fields are needed to answer you: without them, we could not contact you back or prepare a quote.

It is never sold, rented or used for advertising, and we do not send newsletters.

3. TECHNICAL SERVICE PROVIDERS

To run the site, our email and our work tools, your data passes through:

• Netlify, Inc. (United States), which hosts the site, receives the contact form messages (Netlify Forms service, with its spam filter) and forwards them to us by email, and records technical connection data (IP address, browser);
• Hostinger, which hosts our contact@interio.fr mailbox;
• production partners (modeling, rendering) bound by confidentiality, when part of a client project is entrusted to them;
• artificial intelligence tools, for example Claude (Anthropic), used to assist production on client projects and set not to reuse your data to train their models;
• on the French-language pages, the postcode you enter is sent to the public geo.api.gouv.fr API (French government) to suggest the city automatically.

These providers only use your data to deliver this service. Netlify processes data in the United States: this transfer is covered by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, in which Netlify participates, and by the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses. The artificial intelligence tools may also process data outside the European Union.

4. DATA RETENTION

• Contact or quote requests that do not lead to a project: 3 years after the last contact, then deleted;
• clients: project data kept during the assignment, then 5 years after it ends (limitation period);
• invoices and accounting records: 10 years (article L123-22 of the French Commercial Code).

5. YOUR RIGHTS

In accordance with the GDPR and the French Data Protection Act, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to the processing of and port your personal data, and to give instructions on what happens to it after your death. To exercise these rights, write to us at: contact@interio.fr. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (www.cnil.fr), the French data protection authority, or with the authority in your country.
